Dune of Pyla : The great Dune of Pyla is situated at a distance of 60 km from Bordeaux. This is also known as the tallest sand dune in Europe. This has an enormous length of three kilometer and height of 107 m. This is an unexpected location for the sand dunes and this makes it a famous tourist destination. This place has more than 1 million visitors every year. The rate of sand movement is not continuous sometimes it is moving 10 m in a year, the next year the movement is less than a meter. Pont Du Gard Bridge, Nime: This giant bridge situated near of the Vers-Pont-du-Gard town. It was built in first century and its length is 50 km. It is among the UNESCO’s world Heritage sites. It was built in yellow limestone and calcium deposits.
