About Eisriesenwelt Cave:- The Eisriesenwelt Cave Austria is one natural limestone and ice cave which is located in Werfen, Austria which is about 40 km South of Salzburg. The cave is part of Hochkogel mountain of Alps in Tennengebirge section. It is largest ice cave in world and extends up to 42 Km which is visited by around 200,000 tourists every year. The cave opens from May to October and temperatures are freezing so warm clothing is required. The Tennengebirge mountains got formed during the late Tertiary period and is Mastiff regions of Alps. The primary reason of formation was eroding passageways by Salzach river into mountains.
